Born and raised in Gulak, Madagali Local Government Area, Rt. Hon. Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri's roots run deep in the soil of Adamawa North. From the lecture halls of the University of Maiduguri to the Speaker's chair of the Adamawa State House of Assembly, his career has been defined by steady ascent and steady delivery.
As two-time Acting Governor and two-term Governor of Adamawa State, he has consistently turned political mandates into measurable outcomes — roads, schools, hospitals, and grants that have reshaped the state's trajectory.
Now, he carries that record — and that machinery of delivery — to the Nigerian Senate on behalf of the people of Adamawa North.
